The Chicken

My favorite type of quesadilla, at least up to this point, is chicken.  In my opinion, they are best with a decent amount of lightly seasoned, super moist, all white-meat chicken.  The cheese is mild to sharp, not overpowering the chicken but complementing its flavor.  Sometimes incorporating a tangy sauce enhances the overall experience.  The tortilla is flexible, grilled to a crispy golden brown in order to provide a mouthwatering crunch to each bite.

  1. I like a bit of veggies along with the chicken and cheese. Maybe some onion and a bit of pepper. Different colors of pepper strike people differently. Don't overwhelm the chicken with veggies.
