It was good to get some ideas out in the open but, for now, Queso Loco will go on the back burner.
"Queso Loco" is the working title of a restaurant in the making. The core menu item is the Quesadilla. There are a few traditional Quesadilla options along with a host of unique Quesadilla creations. This blog is a place for you to offer comments, questions, and suggestions and help Queso Loco become a reality.
