"Queso Loco" is the working title of a restaurant in the making. The core menu item is the Quesadilla. There are a few traditional Quesadilla options along with a host of unique Quesadilla creations. I would like to see you carry a tuna or crabmeat quesadillas, and perhaps some vegetarian selections with bean sprouts, spinach, lettuce, etc., like a tossed salad. Good luck to you in your adventure!!
