Chips and salsa will likely be the most popular side/appetizer available. Of course guacamole and sour cream will also be available for dipping.One challenge for Queso Loco is to determine other sides to offer. When one of the menu offerings is a Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla, it seems only logical to offer Fries as a side as well. Other options might be bagged chips or perhaps a small dish of fruit or vegetables.
I'd like some chili on the side. With onions, cheese, and taco chips.
